By accessing and using CompliantInvoice, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

CompliantInvoice provides an automated invoicing and tax compliance platform designed for the Nigerian market. The Service allows users to generate invoices, verify vendors, and track tax liabilities.

3. User Account

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Compliance with Laws

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations, including but not limited to the Nigeria Tax Act 2025.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
